Registration –
after you have registered with us you will receive a number of suitable offers in Zurich from us (by e-mail, fax or telephone). You can send us the registration form online, or fax it to our office – Registration-form and Application-form are under Search "click here to apply".
In order for us to find the suitable accomodation, information about your search has to as exact as possible. As soon as we have received your registration form we will send you offers which match your requirements (length of stay, maximum rent, size and location etc).
Viewings –
can be arranged through us or directly with the landlord.
Rental contract –
before signing a contract please discuss the important details of rental period with us or with the landlord. We check if the terms of rental are correct. If requested we can also provide an English translation of the contract. As soon as the rental contract is signed a security deposit of 1-2 months rent are to be transferred to a special deposit account. The deposit will be paid back at the end of the lease and when no damages have been made.
Our commission fee is due once a mutual rental contract or tenancy has been agreed upon.

Hand-over –
When you move in any defects in the apartment should be noted in a hand-over protocol. If we are present at the hand-over any defects which were already present at the beginning of the tenancy will be noted. Should any defects show at the beginning of the tenancy (first 2 weeks), report them immediately to us or to your landlord. An inventory list is filled out and helps make the hand-over and the returning of the apartment easier.
Telephone/Internet –
We can arrange yout telephone/internet connection through Swisscom 0800 800 800 or Cablecom 0800 800 888. Please note that internet connection can take up to 10 days – the telephone can be connected within 1–3 days. If you know the name of the previous tenant there is no need to call an electrician (save extra costs). Often internet connection is already included in the flat rate.
Heat, water, electricity, internet connection, TV fees –
are usually included in the rental price of the apartment – if not the meters figures for electricity should be noted when moving in and when moving out again.
Cleaning of the apartment –
When you move out the apartment must be in the same condition as when you moved in – we can recommend cleaning companies that guarantee the hand-over is successful.
Replacement-tenant or sub-lease –
In case you should be looking for a replacement tenant, who would take over your furnished apartment, or would you like to sublease your apartment, because you are travelling or have a project abroad and dont want to give up your apartment in Switzerland, you can contact us – we will find a suitable replacement tenant or a tenant for sublease!
